How it works for you

Teacher guiding a reformer Pilates class in a bright, calm studio

Slow, fast, still: the pace has a job

Slower sections teach you where you are moving from. Faster sections build endurance. Held positions strengthen and steady the body. Your teacher names each shift and the issue it targets, so you can feel the reason behind the work.

Client stories

I sat at a desk all day and my neck was locked by Wednesday. After six weeks of Desk Relief I can turn my head properly, and I actually understand why the class slows down where it does.

My midwife cleared me for prenatal classes and the teacher adapted every move. I felt strong and safe through the whole pregnancy, and I am back now for postnatal work.

I thought I was too unfit to start. The teacher met me where I was, and now I can feel my lower back settle at the end of a long day.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be fit to start reformer pilates?

No. Our classes are built for beginners as well as experienced movers. Your teacher will adapt the pace and the load so you can build up at a comfortable rate.

Is pilates safe during pregnancy?

We ask for midwife or GP clearance before you join prenatal or postnatal classes. Once cleared, every session is adapted to your stage and any advice you have been given.

How is Desk Relief different from a standard class?

Desk Relief is shorter and focused on the neck, upper back and hips. Each movement is chosen for the tension that builds from long hours seated, and your teacher explains the purpose.

Can I message you before I book?

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp message with your questions and we will reply within working hours. We are happy to help you choose the right class.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. Your teacher will let you know if there is anything else to bring when you book.

Where is the studio and when are classes?

We are at 123 Orchard Bloom Avenue, Singapore 238888. Classes run Mon to Fri 8am to 11am, 2pm to 5pm, 7pm to 9pm.
