Takes two minutesWe walk you through the carriage, springs and straps so nothing feels unfamiliar.
First session, 55 minutesSessions stay at a deliberate pace while you learn the key moves and how they feed into daily life.
Weeks 1 to 4We check in on how you move and feel, then tailor what comes next.
Review at week 4We teach the why behind every spring and strap, so the strength shows up when you reach for a heavy bag, get up from the floor, or sit at your desk all day.
Squats, hinges, rotations and balance drills on the reformer mirror the movements you make every day, with control rather than speed.
Deliberate tempo lets you feel each muscle engage, so your form improves and you spend less time guessing what good looks like.
Tell us about past injuries, pregnancy or joint pain. We adjust springs, range and sequence so you train with confidence, not compromise.
I came in with a stiff lower back and expected to be pushed hard. Instead I was shown how to breathe and move. Three weeks in, I sleep better and bend without thinking.
The pace feels almost too gentle at first, then you realise how much you were rushing before. I finally understand what my core is actually doing.
I was nervous about being the new one in class. The instructors explained everything and I felt looked after from day one.
Prices in GBP, including VAT where applicable. No lock-in: pause or cancel with [30] days' notice.
