Why Ynox

Why desk workers come back to Ynox

Pilates that respects a body already tired from sitting, so you leave feeling lighter, not wrung out.

method

Posture that holds up by Friday

We work on the muscles that keep your spine supported, so you stop slumping by mid-afternoon and carry yourself with more ease.

Better digestion and energy

Gentle spinal movement and breath work help your body settle after hours of sitting, often easing that heavy, bloated feeling.

Strength you can actually use

Functional moves mirror the way you lift, reach and stand in daily life, building lasting strength without the strain.

FAQ

Questions desk workers often ask

Not sure slow Pilates is for you? Start here, or ask us on WhatsApp.

Do I need any Pilates experience?

No. All levels are welcome, and your instructor adapts every movement to your body and comfort level.

Will I be sore after class?

Classes are slow and deliberate, so most members leave feeling looser and lighter rather than worn out. Mild muscle awareness the next day is normal.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, such as leggings and a fitted top. Grip socks are helpful for reformer work.

Can I fit classes around my working day?

Yes. We run sessions Mon to Fri 8am to 11am, 2pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm, so you can book before work, at lunchtime or after.

Can Pilates help with back or neck pain from sitting?

Many members find it eases stiffness by strengthening supporting muscles. If you have an injury or ongoing pain, speak to your doctor first and read our disclaimer.

Can I pause or cancel my plan?

Yes. There is no lock-in: you can pause or cancel with notice.
