Why women stay with Ynox

Strength you can feel in your back, your pelvis and your day-to-day life.

teacher

Stand taller, ache less

Posture work targets the muscles that carry your bump, feeding and a baby on your hip, easing back and pelvic strain over time.

Feel healthier, sleep better

Gentle movement and controlled breathing support energy, circulation and calmer nights, with teachers trained in pregnancy and postnatal care.

Come back to your body

Pelvic floor and core work rebuilds from the inside out, at a pace that respects recovery and your medical advice.

Notes from mums who started with Ynox

I was nervous about exercise at 28 weeks. The teachers explained every move and I left feeling looser, not wiped out.

FAQ

Questions mums often ask

Not sure what is safe or where to begin? Start here, or message us any time.

Is pilates safe during pregnancy?

Gentle, adapted pilates is suitable for most healthy pregnancies, but please check with your doctor or midwife first. Our teachers adapt every move to your stage. See our disclaimer for more.

When can I start postnatal pilates?

Most women wait until their postnatal check has given the all-clear, which can be later after a caesarean or a complicated birth. Tell us how long since birth and we will guide you.

Do I need any pilates experience?

No. Classes are slow and explained step by step, so complete beginners are very welcome.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable, stretchy clothing, grip socks and a bottle of water. We provide the equipment.

What happens in my first session?

You meet your teacher for a short chat about your due date or time since birth, any aches and medical advice, then try a gentle sequence. Message us on WhatsApp to confirm current trial details.

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Yes. There is no lock-in. You can pause or cancel with 14 days' notice.
